FRUIT FAST
I have had nothing today but a bottle of grape fruit juice and a bottle of water. I have a bottle of grape juice for later...

sigh!

Cheer up dear.i think i will join you for a breakfast and dinner fruit medley tomorrow;....not exactly like yours, though;...jisike!..good thing is that you must be feeling really light?No?and your tummy should be shrinking too?very soon,you'll be shopping for a new wardrobe!...we are getting there!...no sighing!hang in there girl!

Ulo'm, your first week is nearly over. Your doing very well! Keep it up! Were rooting for you ok.
Also remember to exercise and weight lift regularly so that the skin doesn't sag and the body is toned. Keep light weights in your office for your biceps.

I don't think anything has shrunk yet and the idea of a new wardrobe is a real lure! But remember, sake m, I am doing this one day at a time...

You are right about the sagging skin, Rita. It's a constant worry and that's why I have already added weight lifting in my exercise plan. I do about 5 mins of that now and have only gone up to 4kg dumbbells and about 2-kg in the other machine (can't remember what it's called). I have also ensured that my swimming is a constant as it is extremely effective for toning my arm muscles. Only problem is time... I have gotten terribly busy. I am exercising so much less!

Try having 'smoothies' rather than just juice (homemade is best). Smoothies are very tasty and FILLING. I sometimes have them as a low-cal meal replacement when I'm on the go.
